Account banned?

So i recently downloaded Nostalrius and i log in to see how it is before i go out, a few hours later after returning it says my account is banned so i think "ok ill just make another". So after making the second account i try to log in and its already banned, what have i done wrong? Am i IP banned or something?

If you try to login too many times unsuccessfully, you get temporarily IP banned. Wait 15 minutes then try again with your new account.
