Hello,why i cant write to chat?? (1.general,trade...) i can only say and whisper..its any bug or i must go to settings and something change? Ty for answer

You need to be a high enough level to use certain chat features, either level 5 or 7, I forget which one is presently set. Otherwise, try leaving all the channels and rejoining them.

Doesn't fix it, it doesn't seem to reconize it as a chat command and just lets you type out /1 or it says invalid command when you try and type /leave 1 that or nothing happens.

There are a few different things you can try. Please make sure that you're at least level 5, any level under 5 will be unable to speak in public channels.

Log out, wait 30 seconds and log back in.
Logout, disable all addons, wait 30 seconds and log back in.
Logout, log back in on an alt, logout and login on your the character you had the problem on.

Type /macro and create a new macro called Leave containing the text bellow.

/leave LocalDefense
/leave LookingForGroup
/leave GuildRecruitment



Create a macro called Join containing the following text.

/join General
/join Trade
/join LocalDefense
/join LookingForGroup
/join GuildRecruitment



Place the macro on your action bar, click on "Leave" and wait 30 seconds, then click on "Join"

Please shutdown your game and go to your World of Warcraft install directory and delete the text file named "chat-cache" which is normally located here.
