Account banned for switching internet connection?

Hello guys,
I played yesterday in Barrens exping my rogue. I got ban for reason "hidding" on account Zaludak. Only thing i did, was that i switched internet connection to another internet because my primary connection to the internet was broken. So i hope that you can fix it and that you unban me fast. Thanks for your understanding. R.

An staff member will respond to you when they come online. They normally respond in the first 24 hours but it varies. I highly doubt that Nostalrius would ban a player for changing their Internet connections, even if the IP were to change as well. I guess this will be put to the test in a couple of weeks since I'm in the process of moving.

As stated in your other post, you were banned for hacking. We do not ban strictly for changing your IP.
