Ban reason?

Please help with the problem.When entering the game several times I got banned.The reason?How do I get out of the ban?

How about an account name to...you know...look up why you're possibly banned.

If you're simply trying to login too many times unsuccessfully, you get temporarily IP banned for about 15 minutes. Wait out the ban and try again shortly.
