I keep seeing a ton of posts about accounts being hacked or someone else playing their account etc.
Please bear with the admins while they investigate issues - On most occasion I have seen them be very fair and very descriptive on why the account is in the "state" it is.
Remember that they do not charge for this server so there is no bank card details on your account which would help with security checks - Simply saying "this is my account" needs investigation and takes time.
I also acknowledge that there are some very legit posts about accounts getting locked or banned and again from what I see the GM's have offered a fair amount of information in most cases.
I know I have said it before but I must say it again "This server is a FREE service" - please bear this is mind when demanding assistance from GM's or Admins. They are constantly fixing bugs everyday and a few people losing their accounts will not take priority over thousands logged in and experiencing bugs - That said, they will not ignore your posts or plea's but just might take a little time getting to them.
