Lost item, no option to roll

I was logged in my priest Debauchery, I was in a group of 3 completing the quest called The Dragon's Eye. We killed an elite Cobalt Mageweaver and it dropped an item called Pattern: Robe of Winter Night. No one got the option to roll on it, and no one in the party could loot it as it said "That item is still being rolled for". So we switched the loot to free-for-all, and we waited long enough for respawns and still no one could loot the item.

Any help for this would be great.

Nostalrius doesn't recover lost items caused by bugs. They do however recover items lost due to a rollback as long it matches the following criteria.

Item refunds

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.

Just solo farm it if you want it that bad, I got mine within 5 kills.

Drop rate is 30%, so really, don't make a fuss about it. I'ts also bop.
