Please help with Account Issue

Whenever I tried to log-in for a few hours and after multiple computer resets and while definitely connected to the internet elsewhere it kept coming up with the error "Unable to Connect" my roommate is actively playing on the server without issue and I am obviously on the internet at the moment. Tried having him logout and everything thinking it may be an error with 2 accounts on the same IP. Wasnt the issue. then tried to get on the website and do forgot password and kept getting an error saying the account had been used recently and could not be reset, tried multiple times, now when I type in the password it says the account has been closed, I had just grinded a bunch of levels and would be very upset if this couldnt be resolved as my friends had finally convinced me to join the Nostalrius family and I finally committed and was very excited and now this error. The account name was baseler213 and I have the email as well

Unable to connect can mean you're typing in the wrong password, try and sign in on the website. Your account gets temp. banned after too many failed logins for 15mins

Sounds like someone gained unauthorized access to your account and locked you out or you simply forgot your password. As to why the account was closed, accounts automatically locks themselves for 15-ish minutes if someone are making too many unsuccessful login attempts. The password reset service activates after the account has been offline for 24 hours or longer. Please keep in mind that Nostalrius doesn't recover lost accounts since it's up to the owner of the account to ensure that it's save to login. You'll need to wait for a staff member to respond whether your account is being actively used or not.

P.S: There's also a chance that the account was banned if the person who stole it used it for illicit purposes.

yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Pulled a mega-mongoloid, was thinking it had different/special characters in it because of Wow's requirements for pw but the rules for this game are different and was definitely user error.. <3 you guys
