Item restore?

How does this work? Is it only for raid items? I was just running BRD and won Deathdealer Breastplate, a rogue won Legguards of Eternal Guardian (greed). We both looted practically at the same time, and yet after reset and rollback, I lost my BP, and he still had his legs...

Sorry to say, but the staff only restores epic-quality raid items.

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

• Exact date of the raid;
• Screenshot of the raid ID;
• Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
• Name of the player who received the item.

Ah well. Though it is slightly amusing that the rollback targeted the 10 seconds between the rogue looting and me.
