Talent Inproved Imp uncorrect ?

Talent Inproved Imp gives me 21 stamina at Blood Pact rank 3. But ill heave only 16.

The tooltip on the actual spell should be correct. You can verify this by looking at your stamina in the character sheet or your HP.
