Warrior Quest for Defensive Stance

The warrior quest for defensive stance is not working. I am not able to accept the quest. My account login is joe4u and the character is on begins pvp server named Ultam. Thanks.

Yes, I meet the requirements. I accepted the quest and then I believe I abandoned it before I ever finished it.

The problem is the npc's do not think I am a warrior. The warrior trainer greets me with, "We not train your kind here, Warrior." So they know what I am but they do not respond with the quest. Bizarre. Please help because warriors are useless in the game without defensive stance. This is frustrating because of the time I put in, but if this cannot be corrected I would just leave my warrior at lvl 19 and run around hitting people with him in the bg's. Please i would like a response from a non-tester.
