I'm Banned for what i dont know!

Same happend to me. I was mind controlled and tried to switch from wsg to arathi.
When i joined i was flying through the air for abount 5 seconds and then i got banned.

the exact same happend to me. I joind ws, the horde was in oure base, i got a mindcontrol by a priest, got a ab invite, decide to accept, than i falling donw the ground and than banned
should i also contact deamon?
