So two things that have bothered me for a while with how the mobs are acting.
First, sometimes mobs will randomly reset. If you're kiting an elite for a while, i'm sure you've encountered this. They will just randomly reset, go to full hp, and run back to where they were before you pulled them.

Second, sometimes mobs cant get to you and evade bug, but they don't reset. For example, in instances if you are on a location that a mob can't reach you what they should do is evade bug for 5-10 seconds and then reset back to where they originally were. On here, however they just stay there and remain evade bugging so long that they cannot path to you.
I don't have a video for this, but I can make one if need be. It's very easy to replicate.
