Can't turn in collection quests.

The quests "Ledger From Tanaris[46]" and "Clamlette Suprise[45]" in Tanaris will not let me hand in the items.

I have all the items for both quests and it says they are complete in my quest log but whenever i talk to the turn in the continue button to complete the quest is greyed out.

Is there anyway to fix this? I need the Clamlette one for cooking as its the quest to get me past 225 cooking skill.

Try putting the quest items in the bank and putting them in your bags again. If this doesn't work, abandoning the quest and picking it up again will allow you to turn in the quest. The quest items will remain in your bags until you delete them yourself or turn them into the quest giver.

I've tried everything you have suggested already.

Nothing seems to work.

Logging out and logging in, Disabling all addons, selling the items retaking the quest and buying the items back.

You tried abandoning the quest and picking it up again? At this time, I think you can submit a ticket with screenshot proof that you have the item (with tooltips) along with the quests that are compelted. A GM may be able to remove the items from your bags and complete your quest for you.

Quick update.

Clamlette suprise has been completed it turns out if you have extra clam meat sitting in your bank it wont allow you to turn the quest in. I had to take all the extra items i had for the quest and put them in my inventory in order for me to turn it in.

Ledger for Tanaris however continues to not work. And I'll be taking screenshots like you suggested. Should I post them here or create an actual ticket?

Sounds great on Clamlette surprise. I would post the screenshots in both the ticket and here. It doesn't hurt to put it on both in case a GM sees this thread before the ticket
