Actually I received a private message (PM) from a staff member through the forum and my case essentially progressed from there. More of a direct or personal method I reckon to address my clamor.
I may have bumped my post a few times before noticing the "new message" icon above the forum posts... but that's another story altogether.
My experience with the staff was fairly brief, but was efficient and professional in my opinion. Not much detail was shared with me except the few questions they presented. My account was reinstated in a couple of days.
Good luck with your case dodsballe. I do believe the folks here running the show are on top of their game, no pun intended. So keep it honest.
