Account closed. Probably hacked.

Hi, I quit the server a couple of months ago, I've now decided to come back, and when I try to log into my account, I get the message that the account is closed. I got my password reset via my email, and on my account profile it says, quote:

"You are banned until May 2nd 2015 11:18:38 AM for the following reason: "Char tinny exploited -> Kvozz -> Mahatma -> Goon (goldtraffic)"."

I didn't even play at the time, it might sound like a lie, but I didn't. According to the text above, my account shouldn't even be banned. I have reset my password and made sure it's safe. I just want/need to know if my account is permanently banned? If that is the case, can I get it back somehow? By proving I'm the original owner?

P.S. If I need to I can confirm I'm the original owner via the email connected to the account if that helps somehow.

P.S.S. I didn't have a forum account when I played in february and march, might look shady with this new account but I wasn't a very active forum reader back then.

Is there nothing I can do to get this ban lifted? You can probably see my account wasnt logged in from the same IP? Feels really shitty to level to 60 again when I know I have a warrior that's been banned because of some scumbag hackers. I know it's my responsibility to keep the account safe, but I hadn't checked in on the server for a very long time. There weren't much I could do to prevent the hackers. Is there any way I can appeal this ban more officialy? If you could show some mercy regarding this that'd be really cool of you.
