Account banned / unable to connect

Hi,

my account has been closed and i dont know why... Maybe because i changed my IP a few times because i just changed my hometown.. my accountname is "Kilinat"

I also created a new account (i don't know why exactly i made one lol) and if i want to login with this account the login screen says "unable to connect"..

Then your security system seems really broken. I used a speedhack just for fun on my first account "Bioaim" and wanted to create a normal second one. Leveled to 39 which took me a lot of time.

I have never been hacking on this account.

And the second problem with the "unable to connect" is strange as well, because i never had this problem before...

The first 2 accounts were banned for the exact same thing. Neither of them have a L39 or higher even on it, I could add. The third account, atomix, is not banned.

Dont hack.
In BF3 a friend got banned for hacking though he merely downloaded the hack but didn't use it.
The system found the hack being on the PC wihtout being used. That alone was the banreason. He needed to buy a new game and format his entire PC to get rid of traces of the hack.

Never logged in with account "atomix" as in...you never even attempted to login? Or you have tried logging in but have been unsuccessful? "Unable to connect" is the error message you receive when typing in the wrong password associated with your account name. Type in the wrong password one too many times too quickly and the server will temporarily ban you to prevent someone from brute-force hacking your account. Best to wait out these bans after 30 minutes or so.

As soon as you type in both your account name and password and press Enter, press either Enter or Escape on your keyboard when you see "Success" appear on your screen. If you time it right, it's suppose to cancel connecting to the test realm and return you to the realm list where you can pick the correct one. I always forget whether it's Enter or Escape you have to press though.

Okay. My account Bioaim got banned for speedhacking(instant ban, half of a second after i tried to use ) , i did talk with Gamemasters very long about this topic, i finally created a new account which was "kilinat" - I leveled a warlock at about level 39 (can't remeber exactly) . What characters are on this account? I did not hack on my second account, because i know there is no way to do, because i'll get an instant ban.

Can you please tell me what happend with this account?

/edit: maybe i do confound this two accounts and it was the other way around, so that "kilinat" was my first account? I really can't remember.. but i have one account with a about lvl 39 warlock where i did not hack !

/edit2: it seems that all my accounts will be closed... a few days ago i created account "atomix" played till level 8 i guess, and this accounts got banned aswell... getting "unable to connect" on the 4th, last account now ... CAN YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING?

/edit3: "atomix" banned now aswell... would really love to play on your server again, no chance to do so tho...

So I was runing DM, and was waiting for tank to get back after the wipe, and as I'm waiting I go to use my Anti-Malware program after it finished cleaning up my PC, a message poped up for me to restart my pc and I accidentally clicked " ok ", computer restarted , I was pretty pissed, then the next thing I know it when I try to login on my account it keeps stopping saying cannot connect "help" or "ok". Two hours later I try to login and it says my account is banned?? Can I please know the reason? What did I do wrong here....
