Account banned for Multiboxing

I realize my account was probably locked for multiboxing. Have not read the ToU completely, I didnt realize this was not allowed. Having gone back and looked at the ToU, I should have gotten at least 1 warning before my account was locked, which I didn't. Had I gotten that warning, I would have ceased and desisted immediately. Please contact me at my registed email to let me know if it is possible to reinstate my original login account.

Some sanctions can be applied without previous warning, this will depend on its seriousness.

Any sanction can be determined here. Whether you received a warning or not, they do not have to give a warning because the seriousness is deemed in their own eyes. Not your's.

As for requesting them to email you, good luck. It's better to PM Viper with your ban appeal here.

The account name is the same as the forum account, "whereswaldo". The account whereswaldo2 can be deleted.

The accounts never had any bans on it, please read the sticky threads to find a solution for your problem (and don't multibox).

I just went through all of the stickys and did not find a solution. I am entering my login information and it is telling me it is incorrect. I logged in Saturday (5/30) no problem and went to login Sun (5/31) and got the incorrect information error. I am sure of what the password is, but it is not excepting it. Hence the reason I believed I was banned.

Were there multiple accounts created in your household under the same public IP?

Also is CAPS LOCK on?

Don't know if theres a password reset option but I'd imagine as long as there's an actual email address tied to the account.

yes, there was 2 accounts and no CAPS LOCK was not on.

Ya if its just 2 accounts then you should be fine, my friends got locked cause we have like 4 or more people generally playing under one roof, it was resolved tho. Ya try resetting your password I guess.
