Eastern Pylon and bug report not working

The Eastern Pylon in Un'Gorothat you use to turn in green and blue crystals to recieve "Force Power" 30 spirit buff items also used for the quest "Libram of Voracity" is not responding when I try to interact with it. It must require a server restard, the same thing happened when I was gathering corrupt flowers in felwood, all sorts of flowers I could not interact with even when I had the plant salve. I HAVE TRIED SUBMITTING A BUG REPORT BUT IT SAYS I CAN NOT CREATE A NEW ARTIFACT EVEN THOUGH GRR

I just tested and it is working properly. Can you give us more details what error is presented?

The Plyon works for my brother but I have done every quest and it doesn't work for me so IDK what the issue is. The last quest in the chain to unlock it is called "Making Sense of It" and I have turned that in as well!

I am a level 50 paladin as well

Maybe you can check my quest state on "bbskinner" and see if the quest is actually marked as complete?

I just tested and it is working properly. Can you give us more details what error is presented?

Oh and the issue is I just can't right click it, it shows me the gold cog when I mouse over it but when I try to right click I just get no interface window!

I have done EVERY quest required for this to work and level 50 isn't the minimum level either! This is just ridiculous that it still isn't working!

http://wowwiki.wikia.com/Quest:Crystal_Force proof that you only require level 47 and the quests I have completed to be completed before turning in the crystals. Why is it not working? I can't find anything. Is it only me?
