reward Skyfury helm missing

Hi I just completed quest The Darkreaver Menace which should on turn in reward me with skyfury helm http://db.valkyrie-wow.org/?item=20134

but then turn it in I did not get any rewards

I can understand dont refund blues or item in general sense shady stuff can be going on with printscreens. would not really cared about this if I was abile to get the item again but this is quest reward and even bis head for enha shaman as off now. So if I want this head do I need to reroll? theres no way a gm can help me get it back?

would be nice if you had chance talk one dev about this. if its that they dont give away spawn commands to there gms and thats reasoning for this harrsh rules then comes to recovering items. but this just stupid I need that helm nothing even comes to how good this helmet is.

I think the Skyfury Helm is much like the Level 50 quests. The helm wasn't supposed to be in game this early in patch content. It's hard to believe that a moderator is just giving you the vague run around of "Im sorry not sorry". Feel bad for ya man, but I don't think the item has actually been put in game yet. I know that they locked the level 50 quests for that same reason. Item may be introduced around patch 1.7. Hope this gives you some insight as to what the problem really is.
