EDIT2: Server restarted, demon is STILL unkillable.
EDIT3: As of September 2nd 19:02 ST Simone has been unkillable for 90+ hours. The entire hunter epic quest is broken as a result of this bug, and we have STILL not received a single reply from a staff member about this.

Recently Simone in Un'goro has been bugged more often than not. She refuses to pull, spawns infinite felhounds, runs all over the place, spawns the Cleaner when not supposed to etc. To my knowledge this is caused by server crashes, but I can't know for sure.
Considering the fact that these demons have 3-7 hour spawns and there is an enormous waiting list, shouldn't this be an issue with at least some priority? Last I saw a GM here it took them 20 minutes to fix it. I won't pretend to know more than I do about the way the game code works, but it clearly isn't a matter of just respawning the mob. Please spend some resources on fixing this. Rewrite the whole encounter if you have to.
The griefing shitheads were bad enough to deal with, but this basically renders the hunter epic quest unfinishable for the better part of the day.
