Account stuck.

Hi guys. After last server dropdown my account stucked. When im logging in its instantly disconnecting me. Trying to enter another account, it's works. For my main account not works. Any help pls? Also i can enter from my main account to PTR realm.

Logging on to the PTR works just fine by the way.

When im hitting ESC button on connecting phase, i am able to choose realms. When im choosing Nostalrius Begins it's jsut stucks on Connected... Then nothing.

Guildmate reporting same shit btw. And another guildmate says that he stucked already 10 mins on char loading screen!

Can we get a response please?

Even a "We dont know whats causing these problems but we are investigating it" would be enough.

Also it works fine when logging in with a freshly made account.
