[BUG] Druid bear form health

Health gained from bear form is incorrect.

As a lvl19 druid I only gain 20hp when i go into bear form.
As the buff icon on me displays I should be gaining 182hp.

It's not just me. Other druids on the server have the same issue.

I researched the information to underline this post.

Bear Form has the following benefits:

Health is increased by (Characterlevel * 10)
Armor is increased by 180%
Attack Power is increased by 30%
Immunity to Polymorph effects
Shapeshifting breaks snare, root, and polymorph effects.
Can use Bear Form Abilities.

The armor bonus is only applied to natural armor (received from white effects).

Yes, something is not right here.

When I hoover over the spell that transforms me to Bear Form it says: increase melee attack power by 30 and health by 20.

But after transformation to Bear Form the tool-tip says: increase melee attack power by 45 and health by 110.

When checking the character info (C) my melee attack power has increased by 75 and my health by 20.

I am a level 15 Druid.

trading some hp for damage, good for leveling but still bug is a bug.

On the topic of druid bugs i would like to mention 2 more smaller ones.
1: low rank moonfire dot overwrites high rank moonfire dot, this should not be happening. Im supposed to be able to have high rank moonfire dot ticking while i spam lower rank for damage/spell interrupt. Pretty useful in pvp.
2: Damage from thorns tags mobs, only offensive actions should tag mobs, not reflects or damageshields.
