Not able to loot items on Onyxia kill.

We did an Onyxia run tonight and our leader and several other people got disconnected mid fight. We managed to kill Onyxia on that try but the leader wasnt able to join the raid again. From the raids point of view we could see him as dead in the raid, while from his point of view it says he was not in a group. As he was the leader we could not kick him and he could not leave group because from his side is said he wasnt in a party. He could not join the instance either. This same thing happend to us in BWL on Sunday with another person as leader and master looter. We did not kill anyone at that time, but our answer to the problem was to disband the whole raid and re invite people.

I will give you all the necessary information you need about the raid and I hope you are able to recover the loot for us.

In my eyes this dont look like a "bug" - its simply that he dced, logs in and cant see group, it happends all the time. I usually alt + f4, or go in on one more client and log in to "disconnect" myself. If he would have done the last option it would all be good. If its normal that your Masterlooter dcs, change masterlooter? or have FFA until 5% if you dont trust the raid

Or well, it shouldnt be like that:P but the last option i mentioned would have fixed it. Anyway go with ffa or change the masterlooter you use on bosses to one with a more stable pc or internet

Hey dude. Of course he tried relogging several times, full disconnect and everything. Havent tried logging with a second client up, cant really see how that matters but we will give it a try if we get the problem later. We've started using one person as ML and one as leader.

Just read through the FAQ on the support forum made by the admins. There it clearly stated that they recover loot from raids if you were not able to loot because of server issues. If they actually do it or not is another question.
