[Druid] Can't get "Lessons Anew" quest for Cure poison, help

As title says
I'am 20 lvl tauren druid and still can't get "Lessons Anew" quest from both places (druid tent at TB and Moonglade), checking since 14 lvl. Seems like other druids was able to start it from 14 lvl.
Any ideas how to fix it? Already checked database on prequests\npc, cleared WDB folder ... I don't wanna wait till 26 lvl (Abolish Poison), World PVP will start at 20+
I don't know how to create a ticket in-game, because it seems Help section is only for bug-reports, and not tickets. Also with such online it would be impossible to get fast response.
PS Sorry for double post (i've created similar thread in Druid forum), i really need help with this.

Up, 22 lvl, still no quest. Moving to Hillsbrad without protection from rogues\hunters

I also have this bug. Turak has yet to offer it. Have gotten bear/aquatic quests from him just fine. Lvl 18 now.

i would advice to make a ingame bug report via the help section.
that does provide the administrators and devvers the best information, and the tickets ingame are checked one a very regular basis!

bumping this thread. level 18 Druid here. successfully did the Aquatic Form quest chain, but Turak Runetotem doesn't offer Lessons Anew. also put in a bug report.

any word on if this is being fixed soon?

bump. this quest has been broken for almost 2 months based on the first report. multiple in-game bug reports have been filed and there's a bugtracker report in that has yet to be addressed. can we get GM advice on this?

I completed this quest in March, try first complete "Heeding the Call" - Gennia Runetotem <Druid Trainer> - (48 59 Mulgore)
