Server is horribly unstable

as it stands this server is unplayable and not worth the time and effort...seriously i can get in maybe 30mins fo game time then im disconnected off the server for 10-15mins. This has made raiding and instance runs impossible as players (not just me) would d/c mid fight and wipe everyone...not to mention resulting in instance re spawns...drop everything and fix it seriously you guys have a great community...dont let these lissues be your downfall

Is this the PvP or PvE server?

I've been having a similar issue on the PvE realm, seems like every 20-40min all US players lag really badly, if not DC. Any idea what is causing this, or how to fix it? Any word on if it's being addressed/looked into?

there seems to be an issue for some NA players that is outside our control as it has more to do with how the NA ISPs route their connections to our ISP. Some players have reported that using a VPN solves the issue.

So you're saying that all NA people are going to have to get a vpn to play on your server without any issues? I would imagine if that's the only solution to the problem that you will lose most of your North American players.

I am saying that the problem is most likely temporary, can be circumvented and is beyond our control to immediately fix.

And it seems like it will give you 3 hours of service at a time and then boot you in the free version. This is worth looking into until the situation is stable.

So far I've trying moving to a French IP and a UK IP. No improvement. It's slightly different, but just a different kind of bad so far.

I don't want to speak too soon, but so far my fiance and I haven't lagged or DC'd yet this evening (been at it for about 2-3 hours). Here's hoping things are fixed, or at least improving.
