Reporting characters who whisper advertising Gold Sellers

I have used the ticketing system to report various characters in game who whisper me advertising Gold Sellers, however, my tickets have gone unanswered for several days, so I thought that I 'd use a thread for this purpose.

Please note that I have never seen this form of advertising on Nostalrius before (playing since last summer), so I am guessing this should be related with the brute force attacks Viper spoke of.

Unusual for Nostalrius as they may be, they are quite ordinary for Retail Servers, so it seems that some of the Retail Chinese Gold Sellers have decided to migrate to Nostalrius.

Both ITCHIGGA & BRONJOLF continue spamming gold ads as we speak.

How are you reporting in game? I categorize mine on PVE realm as "verbal harassment" as that is what it is. Most of my tickets are marked resolved and they investigated within the hour or two of me reporting. You might also want to specify in your posts if this happens on PVE or PVP realm as the ads are going to both of them.

here is a tip, download WIM addon, it has a section where you can filter by blocking message with an specific message, use the site that's spamming you in the filter without the www nor com(EX: F R E E G O L D) and you will never see them again
