Max account limit reached?

Another one of my roomies went to make an account, but it said the account limit was reached on that computer, tried it on mine and same thing. Is there a way to let me make more accounts because I don't even have a farming account or bank account yet, plus my friend wants to play on server.

I would also to know it, because I had already reckoned to create a second to complete the list of horde classes and races (mainly for RP), and a third dedicated purely to test the Alliance side

You'd think the staff would be able to help ya's out with making some accounts in a special situation such as this. Making 2-3 more users unable to even experience the game over a technicality is rather silly.

What is going to happen? Is it going to be lifted for those of us that have more than 3 people living in the same building sharing an ip?
Pretty lame that a large group of people are missing out on playing with friends because of a silly technicality.
