Registered email doesnt exist anymore

Hello

So after desperatly trying to remember my acc info from nostalrius (prior to today i was 100% sure i knew them). i used my acc name which i remembred and the email adress linked to this account.
Problem now is that this email doesnt exist anymore, yet my token got sent to it.
No idea if theres any way to help me with this problem. If os id be very grateful

We cannot help you if you cannot access that email.

Guess ill put all hopes then into some sort of pw recovery incase u remember the acc name (which i do). Not sure if there will be an issue with the token already sent to that non existing email

yeah same. i was 100% sure i got the acc info right. Other ppl seem to have a similar problem. Maybe there been an issue with transfering all the accs.

Yes, same for me.
Got all of these three information - more than 100 % sure.
Also have the files, savings, names and installation folder. But does not help, when the information don´t work.

Hope s.o. will have a solution for this.

@Pottu: Is there a different failure message for token creation if data is wrong / account is banned? Could there be problems with german "umlaute" in the accountname (ä,ö,ü) and the Token page?

tbh I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case because it didn't seem to let me recover my main account with the password-only which had some special characters in it, I'm 95% certain it was the correct password too.

I got the token with the email tho.
