Retrieving character list...

The title says it all, i tried to connect today like 1 hour ago and since then it keeps getting stucked on the part of retrieving characters list... tried it many times and gave it some time but its still not working anyone got this problem? I know its a free service and i dont demand anything but its a bid annoying since i've spent several hours already on my character and a sunday in which i could play much i can't even logg in :S.
Would appreciate an answer from an administrator, thanks.

Yeah for me as well. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 minutes before the character list is loaded, but today it just ends in a disconnect. So if you have this problem you might want to try the waiting approach to be sure if it's slow, or if it's not working.
