Frames are jumpy

Hey guys,
Wasn't sure which forum to put this under, but i find my FPS is very choppy and i wasn't to sure what the issue was if it was on my end or it's just the general game/server

Turn down weather effects, if it doesn't help turn down view distance. Other thing I can think of is Multisampling (i.e. 24-bit color, 24-bit depth, 1x multisample). If you're still having issues try disabling addons 1 by 1 by the method of elimination to see if any is slowing you down (many addons are outdated and might cause you trouble). Hope this helps.

thanks for the feedback, ive turned certain things down and will test it later, just thought my game would over kill the graphics seeming wiith WoD i can have everything max

Still having same issues where i feel like my game is frame spiking

Full screen or windowed mode?

Turn all the settings down to the lowest, disable all the extras except the ones that increase performance, then gradually turn them up until you figure out where you're getting your spikes from. Update your graphics drivers if you haven't. Are you multitasking and running WoW in addition to a bunch of other programs?

Are you able to record a quick video demonstrating the issue? It might help us see what you're experiencing.

sounds just like you have a bad PC
your frame rate has absolutely nothing to do with the server,
its your hardware, is it ancient, overheating?
is your windows install old and corrupted?
Do you have drivers installed for your gpu?

Hey guys thanks for the replies

my computer is defently not ancient running two gtx 770's SLI, id say my computer is nearly 1 yr old if that.
i have windows 7 and its up to date same with my graphics cards, ive gone through all the windowed non windowed lowering the graphics and putting them up one by one, reinstalling, have no addons going and still finding the issue

yeah i figured my frame rate has nothing to do with the server its more is my frame rate struggling with the game for some strange reason

Perfect, i found the issue it was the hardware cursor option, when ticked whenever i move my mouse the fps would drop so low, so now i have unticked it i still have the issue but its no where near as bad
