Banned for using Modified WoW exe?

Hello!

So right now my Level 7 Warlock got Banned, while was chill leveling in Brill. The account name was clawlancer3

My main account (logged in after that) with a level 31 Warrior got banned, on the account Clawlancer.

I don't know what's going on, but please help me out with some more information.
I'm not using anything else then addons and a Modified WoW.exe with 256 Sound Channels (Link : http://www.ac-web.org/forums/showthread ... nt-support)

Update:
I didn't broke ANY Part of the TOS, because there is no rule about modified WoW.exe
BUT in the FAQ they say you will be get banned if you use modified WoW.exe
It is my fault, that FAQ has the rule, but the TOS not, which I read to didn't do anything wrong?

I highlighted the reason why you got banned, and next time read the rules of the server you can read some of them here /viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3

You're not allowed to use any form of program to control multiple characters at once. You are, however, allowed to be logged on, say, two characters. The only thing we allow multiple characters for, is professions and banking, this means you cannot /follow level 2 characters at once. This will result in a ban of one of the two, and if repeated, both. It is also not a problem if you are, for instance, three family members in the same house, playing at the same time. Each multi-box case will be judged individually, so don't worry if you're not doing anything wrong.

What you can't do, is PvP with multiple characters, Dungeon with multiple characters, Raid with multiple characters, etc.

If you are two people playing two characters - no problem. If you are 5 people playing 5 characters - no problem.

I've got ported to GM Island by a GM, saying he tought that im botting lol.

You had modified gamefiles buddy. This is forbidden by the dev team. It doesn't matter if you say it was just to get extra sounds. They probably can't check if this is true, and this is exactly why ALL modifications of your clients are banned.

In fact, i'm one of the millions who are reading TOS before doing anything.

How about modified clients?
Be carefull, modified clients are forbidden for now and can lead to a ban.

Yeah i made a mistake, but i think TOS is not really clear about using Modified WoW.exe

My main issue is that the Terms of USE, has NOTHING ABOUT MODIFIED CLIENT, only the Frequently asked QUESTIONS. This is a big issue, because if you're playing you keep the rules from the TOS not the FAQ.
My main account has a 31 Warr on it.
