Account bugged out?

Hi,

I've experienced some buggs on my account lately.

In a dungeon after we died, I couldn't steer with my mouse, basicly. Relogging, clearing WDB folder and disabling didn't solve it.

Also I had many disconnects for no reason, and I tried without addons. But still got random DC's.

And the last issue isnt really a big deal, but i'm starting to wonder what the hell has happend with my account.

Basicly something changed so now when I open Social (o) , it will be a black square with no friends or no text at all.
When I click on that black box it shows the friends.
Thats odd since my friend doesnt have it like that. And I didnt until today.

And ye, I had a major problem aswell before that nobody was able to invite me.

Hope you guys could take a look into my account,

I have re-installed the client , without addons and the only remaining bug is the black window that i must click in order to view friends. It's no big problem but I'm starting to think someone has hacked my account and fuck around with it. Cuz its really really odd all weird things that occured.

So, is it possible to see if something bugged out on my account?

I still have the issue that friends list is a black box that I must click in before I can see anything:

Since I tried to disable addons, clear WDB folder and even reinstall client without result, i am starting to think some weird setting in my account has changed.

Sorry I'm not very good at these things, But I know this changed after all the buggs and my friends doesnt have this problem.

Are you on Windows 8 or 8.1? I'm asking because it is possible that your cache and account settings are stored separately from the client.

I tried to command in windows %temp% and remove all temporay files, Unfortunately this do not work either :/

Any other suggestions for restoring cache that are stored somewhere?

If you used the default installer and installed the client under Program Files, it might be saving information in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local
though I think that such behaviour only exists in Win 8 / 8.1
Might be worth checking. The steering issue happens rarely with excessive lag/packet loss but it usually fixes itself after a short while and shouldn't even require relogging. This seems like your account settings got corrupted somehow.

I can only go to C:\Users\UserName but I can not find "AppData" in there.

Hope this is possible to solve, cuz I had issues like I said that were much bigger then just a black friendslist. I had problem so I couldnt steer at all by using mouse and was impossible to invite even after relogging. If that happens before a raid it wont be very good

AppData is a hidden folder, you need to toggle them visible first.

I went into appdata and deleted some shit, no positive results thought.

This is so weird. !!

Maybe the crew could create some file you can download that helps to restore this somehow? If possible

I tried to make a new account and log in.

Just noticed this issue isnt on that new acc.

So, conclusion. Something is wrong with the account of mine.

Will it be possible to solve? Please help me

A suggestion if not possible to correct this, maybe you can copy my char and restore it on a different account?

I really dont wanna have a corrupted acc.
