Hi I'm not quite sure if I'm in the right place for this, but I have a question about a ban that I just got on my account. So I'm fairly new to WoW and this is the first character I've ever had, now a level 48 warrior named "Markwahlberg." The reason that I got the ban is because a good friend of mine (not just a WoW buddy a friend who talked me into playing the game and told me he'd help me out) who also plays the game has been helping me out to get my mounts by just giving me some gold. To my knowledge I didn't know there would be any penalty for a friend just helping his buddy out. He is 100% willing to confirm everything I'm saying as well as his guild officers, who happen to be upset at him because he spends all his time farming gold for me. Is there any one on here that can help me? Honestly I feel like I've done nothing wrong, a real life friend has given me some in game gold and now I'm being punished for it... Please and thank you.

Because they are not married / have no brother / have no friends playing with them. It's their second account.
