Banned for botting? (Raaze)

Thank you for the consideration and constructive explanations towards why I was banned Uzephi and macgarthur, at least you just don't come with random claims that I'm a bot. But I just want to talk with the gm who banned me or Raaze, so I can get to a conclusion. I will probably never turn off my chat anymore if I was banned because of my antisocial behaviour. And at the end of the day, my only wish is just to enjoy the game like any of you other guys, and thanks again for your responses.

You will never get a response from Raazi. I had to go through 7 different GMs plus Viper in order to find out exactly why my account was banned. A GM would "investigate" it and then I would never get a reply back from them, then a week later a new GM would message me, shower rinse repeat.

The staff do tell you you can make an appeal, when I did so (after over 1 month of going through different staff just to get an answer) I was told the "core team" would not allow me an appeal.

On top of all that they also deleted my threads and locked my forum account so I cannot post without a moderator approving my post first. I think in my case they understood they made a mistake but didn't want to set a precedent and say they did, because then everyone and their "brother" would make an appeal so they tried their best to just sweep it under the carpet and hope nobody found out.

Yes. I think it's inevitable that as the staff bans (or at least tries) most of the cheaters, a few innocent players will also get hit.

It's impossible to ban only the bad apples and never the good ones. Hopefully a GM can help you with this.

And next time, don't turn your chat off. If a GM whispers you and you dont respond while grinding, you'll most likely come off as a bot.

First off, you were banned for botting, this is 100% confirmed. Second off, why do you come here to start a riot over you cheating? We do not whisper bots at all, it doesn't matter if you have your chat off. We investigate (Won't reveal how, as you could learn and try to avoid the same bot method next time), and then a senior GM bans you when it is confirmed. It is very easy from our POV to see if a person is botting, so please don't start the whole forum innocent thing. If we find that we made a mistake, we rectify it. Macarthur was not a mistake, all though he does seem to be persistent in trying to make everyone believe that he was, in fact, not botting.
