I seriously hope they stop wasting their time for idiotic mistakes like forgetting your password. Like if you delete your char by mistake you don't get it back, this is practically the same thing.

Wasting staff time/resources

Then a good solution would be to have an adequate system for password recovery, instead of contacting the admins who should be busy doing other things. One thing that turns me off about this server ( and I will say its only fault ) is that the password recovery system is rubbish.

I know you probability don't have a life and you play 8 hours a day so you wouldn't forget your password. Some people do have a life and leave for 2 months and forget a password that is only max 11 characters. I don't think many people are use 11 characters passwords. Its also customer support so if they have a system that will be in place soon to deal with these issues then fine, but the time it takes them to type that they could of send a link.
