You have my attitude mistaken as much as I have for yours. I hope not every GM response is as conceited as this one. But no, a GM response telling me no is all i was looking for.

If you expected a full paragraph explaining a situation and talking to you about why this will not happen ... I think you misjudge how many tickets are handled by GMs per hour|day|week. The Terms of Use are there to be quoted and used to eliminate as many tickets and threads as they can. This is one of those cases where citing the ToU is 100% acceptable as this is not a grey area that is uncovered in the ToU.

Just like the bugs on Nostalrius Begins, not everything can be formed into a rule because of the grey areas.

I answered your ticket last night, we are unable to recover this item for you, as only raid loot is recovered. If you report the bug on the bugtracker it will get fixed quicker than not doing so.
