Connection issue. Unable to connect

I've tried resetting the password three times now, still getting the famous "unable to connect" message. I've tried all the things from the sticky posts on the support page, and still nothing seems to get it done. Any other ideas? Thanks.

I am having the same issue. I used the link that the admin had posted in this thread. I logged into the account password change section and it said to use a command in game.... I can't login at all so I can't use this command. So I tried to relog into this section again to see if there was a link I missed, and was given an error "This account has been recently used. You can't change your password now etc etc etc." Any help would be greatly apreciated. Account name ShawnDoXa

Hey! Well looks like the problem is fixed. Here's what I did: Erased my WTF and WDB folders. Then I went to change my account password. Not sure if it makes any sense what so ever, but it worked. so yeah! Thanks for the help guys! (*** I didnt log in or start the game before changing the password ***)

I'm experiencing the same problems here, i'm unable to reset my password due to having tried to log in already (which is when it started saying "unable to connect") - must i wait 24h to then reset my account's password in the hopes that everything will be fine after?
