I've been having the same issue as well. My account name is Retdead. I was in Org and blinked on my mage. I then fell through the world and landed under neath Org. Shortly after I was disconnected from the server. I quickly tried to log back into the game with no luck. I took a break hoping that the issue would fix itself in the morning. Today I've trying to log in all day with the same issue. A constant disconnection from server. I've already gone through the forums for possible solutions. I tried reinstalling the client and making sure that I'm on the correct server. Even deleting my WBD and WTF folders. Yet nothing as resolved it.

Were you able to reach the character selection screen when you logged back after the server crash this morning ?

At one point yes. In the morning, one of my attempts I was able to reach the character selection screen. I tried logging in and it gave me the Eastern Kingdoms loading screen. The loading bar did fill up but I was never logged in successfully. After that attempt I was facing the same problem most people are experiencing. The connection to instant DC without seeing a character selection screen.

Could you (and anyone having the same issue) give more information regarding what you were doing when you last logged out / crash ?

PS: I took your account to reproduce / try to fix it. That is why the password is temporary changed.

OK....I think this may help you because something very specific happened - When the DC happened you get logged off and then you try and log in and just keep trying to connect to the correct server till it goes through. Then you get in to char list enter world and que up as everyone else is getting back in. I made it this far too after the disconnection. I then entered the battleground I was in DM North - and the loading screen made it all the way to 100% until the game froze. I alt-f4'd to start over. Then we are here. I really appreciate the efforts you guys are putting in on this. We put a lot of faith in you guys as we spend so many hours on one thing ; ) BUT then I remember, you guys are doing the exact same thing on your end. SO thanks, if you need more information ask.

ISSUE RESOLVED. Squeekers Lives! make sure you read the last post Daemon, because I meant what I said about being appreciative of your time. I am going to delete my second post and leave this one up for whatever you want to do with it.
