Immediately "Disconnected from server"

Same here. Stuck on "authentcating" until "disconnected from server". This is happening repeatedly. I tried logging in with a 2nd account I have, and went straight through. Was able to create a new character and all. Logged back out, tried to login again and back to "authenticating"/"disconnected from server". Now on both accounts. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Yep, can't even log on, disconnected from server immediately. Beyond frustrating

Stuck at Authenticating the last 30 minutes. Changing the Realm List doesn't help.

The same thing is happening to me too. Ill keep trying as it appears someone was able to finally log in. Any hints why this is happening today?

same issue. i keep getting Authenticating, so i can't join the game.

So after several "disconnected from server" attempts, I reviewed the sticky for login issues and it recommended hitting the cancel button as the game connects. Doing this brought me to the world selection screen. After clicking on the "recommend" button, the game screen loaded up my characters and logged in normally.

Try this if your still getting disconnected from server message as you attempt to log in.

I have the same problem too, although sometimes it's getting stuck at "Authenticating" and other times it says "Disconnected from server"

Same for me except I have gotten in for a bout 15 minutes and then crash. We did ask it to be like vanilla WoW and this is WoW circa 2004.
