Please try the following:

1) Abandon the quest and retake it.

2) Close game client, delete your WDB folder, try to complete it.

Abandoning the quest and redoing it does not work.

I have not tried to delete the WDB folder. I will try that when I get home from work and post results.

UDPATE: Neither things you suggested works. The questgiver still does not acknowledge that I have completed the objective, the question mark above his head is silver and it is not possible to click on the 'Complete Quest' button.
