If he can provide proof that he followed my advice of dropping the quest, picking it up again, and killing Korrak with a zoom of the combat log showing the last hit... I'll send my apologies with some gold. Til' then, I firmly believe this was the quest that had the completion bugged when you first took the quest. I forgot which quest it was, but if it is indeed this quest... he has to just redo it all over.

And if he's telling the truth that the alliance did not get the last hit in the kill and he did retake the quest, then I believe the staff can do something about this.

Til' then, I stick with "provide proofs".
