Well, he made a new guild called <SIEG HEIL> instead.. So -something- was probably done about it.. Not enough though, it seems.

I've also reported, but guild is still up and running, so Idk..

I've reported it twice, nothing has happened.

Forced name changes aren't handled by a single GM in one report. They're collectively discussed among the staff and it could take days to get everyone's input since the staff is spread out across the world. Also only the senior staff have the ability to force a name change, so it's likely either stuck pending a decision, or, like fiver mentioned, something was done but the player just renamed it to another offensive name.
