[Quest bug] Curing the sick

I'm having the same issue turning this in after curing the sickly deer. Dendrite Starblaze won't let me turn in the quest.

Abandoned and re-did quest. Still won't let me turn in.

GMs don't solve bugged quest problems; the developers do. Have you checked to see if there's an artifact created for this quest on the bugtracker?

Still broken. Was hoping yesterday's patch would slip in a fix.
I can't believe a class quest can be broken for this long.
