This has been plaguing a handful of people since around the time of the one day AV realm event. Something amiss with Authentication server? I have not seen any post by staff with a defintive solution, so I surmise that there is none.

I have however, seen this type of post repeatedly.

This appears to happen after a server crash, after which the symptoms are that you can sign on to test realm from main account, but not Nostalrius begins. You can sign on to Nost from a new account, but you cannot sign on to Nost with your original account from any computer at any IP address with any workaround you might dream of.

Originally my guildie suffered from this and was only ableto sign back on 3 days later after another server crash. After today's crash, she is once again stuck in limbo.

This does seem to be happening quite a bit. I found a recent thread where GM Tyrian gave someone's account a "quick fix" for this problem which happened to my wife and I after today's crash.

I just made my account so I don't know if this will even get posted but if anyone sees this please fix Kaiji and Gimygirl's accounts if possible.

It's gonna suck if we can't play for days. We were really pumped about this server.

Waiting for another server crash to be able to login will suck.

After checking out google I found a few posts with people describing this issue.
Sadly not a single dev had answered those post and their accounts didnt seem to work before the next server crash or wednesday-reset.

I guess we're out of luck until wednesday at the latest if the server decides to be stable for that long (which I hope it wont and really doubt it will). I really hope that this is not the case.

Server crashed again about 10 minutes ago and I am now able to log in again. So it seems you were right!

The problem has gone away for me.

It appears by logging into a different server cleared it up for me. We'll see if that was the way to fix it the next time it happens to me.
