on realmplayers a GM can see the whole loot, the date, the time and the raid ID. so what is missing ?

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.

It's the terms of use. They won't restore if all conditions are not met.

That is why they won't restore it. That condition is not met.

That would be just plain stupid. I am pretty sure GMs can see the issue here. It's not like we are the only ones that lost loot due to server crashes.

Yes, and everyone else got denied for loot restore as well. My guild had Vaeleztrasz randomly despawn after killing her, not even after a server crash. We didn't get our loot either. We were told there was nothing they could do.

The situation is not new and the result is always the same. No loot for you.

The reason for this hasn't ever been stated, but a good guess would be that the devs simply haven't coded the tools the GMs would need to handle issues like this in a timely manner.

Another possibility is that they just dont wanna get into the mess of deciding who is allowed to decide about the loot.

Still dont get what about the most of you donkeyheads think they are, that they want to discuss things, which arent their buisness. It's pretty simple. Our Lead loots the Gold to buy Flasks and other stuff for the raid. Also its not of your buisness zu judge how our Guild share the loot from the bosses.

Its pretty simple, the GM's should have the time to take care about this issues, because we are not the only raid which has problems with that. At the moment it really dont seems like that they are working on the Servers.. They are crashing like 1time every our.

Would be nice if we soon get the Servers stable or that the Gm's take care of the issues that the crashes costs.

You do realize that the entire staff is volunteer based and there's like a 1000:1 player ratio for GMs right? Look at the staff link at the bottom of the forums. You should really stop complaining so much.
