AV Blue Item Quest Switch needs GM attention!!!!

Two weeks ago: Had quest. Dropped quest. Got quest again.

Today: Enter AV. Kill Korrak. Loot head. Leave Game. Go to turn in head quest. NPC doesn't have quest to turn in @ Warmaster Laggrond. Believe if i have head to turn in it will stay if I drop quest and repick-up. Wrong, I lost head AND the quest isn't available.

Seriously feel screwed.

Same for me after doing 17 AV's ... then finally got the DrekThar kill and a win just to see i cant ge tthe weapon ... are GM's even on that problem since there is no answer from any GM and the Bugtracker Status isnt on Edit Mode Just Duplicate and New Status ...

Bump. It kinda sucks being a warrior at 53 with the whirlwind axe right now.

Was hoping to find a fix for this in the huge patch notes that was released yesterday night, but unfortunately not... should be a easy solution!
