Stuck on Retrieving Character list???

Yup, on the stuck loading screen now. I think there may be something that goes on at this time of night specifically that causes it. I've seen it happen at all different times of day though.

My shit is totally F'd.. i log on one character but see the name and buttons of a different character.. everything is totally fucked up.. woww... this is just great....

Ah update. I managed to get in, and everything seems to be working smoothly.
Not experiencing what Tendrils is though, so i guess its affecting everyone differently?
