It can be fixed. But it might not happen over night. A lot of players will be playing ZG though so it is in the interest of the Devs to assign this a high priority.

I'd be surprised if they dont fix it this week or the next.

killed it with bugged aspect and MC threat drop.
just kite the boss around the temple.

So whatever dps has agro just runs away? Or did you have certain classes push threat?

what you do was burn the boss as much as possible and exhaust all tanks that can keep threat first. when you're on your last tank, watch KTM and see what range dps (hunters that push threat works the best for starting the kite) have them be near the edge. when MC happens and target of target on hakkar goes to that person, they jump off the side, and start running around the temple level. hakkar walks slowly around the area. just keep track of blood siphon timer and keep doing the poison mechanic and eventually you kill it. downfall is you have 10 mins to kill him or he goes super sayan mode running at 1000% speed.
also prep for the 5% enrage burn too.

there's multiple bugs with the fight.
1) MCed targets do not regain their threat after MC effect expires
2) does not reset when pulled off the top platform
3) aspect of marli is active on hakkar after a soft ZG reset(as in, coming back in to kill him again after a clear)
