C - Account interruption for 3 hours : Given to player who had already received a warning. It is used to reinforce warnings and to sanction a violation of the rules.

Repeating offense after warning,
Abuse of assistance system (forum or in-game),
Racist or offensive sentiments,
Lack of respect towards the server or the staff members,
Using color changing scripts in-game,
Some bug abuse,
Player harassment,
Going in forbidden / not-released areas.


D - Account interruption for 24, 48 or 72 hours : Interruption for 24/48/72 hours are given to players who already received an account interruption for at least 3 hours. These are given for serious or repeated violation of the rules.

Furthermore rules should be there to protect everyone, even the people we don't like as well as the people that we do. Punishments should be based on the offense not the offender. Of course its your server providing a free service, do whatever you want but you seem like the kind of administration that would at least humor me and my thoughts on the matter.

It's pretty obvious this should have been a 3 hour ban instead of a 3 day ban given the circumstances. But the GMs don't like grizzly and it's their server so, ToS or not, they'll ban them for however long they want.

Given that the terms of use say that a warning will be handed out before any type of suspension, and other guilds have had two warnings while doing the same activity but to a much greater effect, you don't think it's a bit unfair that in this circumstance they went straight to the hammer?

I'm genuinely curious as to your opinion on this, as I remember your guild receiving quite a lot of leniency when it came to abusing line of sight healing on Firemaw, continuing to attack through walls and exploit the server scripting to make an easy fight even easier even after a GM told you to stop it on two occasions culminating with a .kill command on your main tank after you wouldn't desist.

I'm not sure if you were in the guild at that point but in any case you should learn to look at things objectively. But maybe you're not trying to be objective, but trying to take out the competition for server firsts? Even if grizzly all died of heart attacks from the sheer amount of poop we're shitting into socks I'm pretty sure you'll lose out to NOPE, Ridin Dirty, and Dreamstate if they fully committed to this server.

But hey, I'm sure you'll still be able to advertise yourself as the "#1 EU raiding guild that raids Monday/Wed/Fri at GMT+1 who is also alliance" to the world.
