I've been visiting some servers and it seems a few came up with solutions.

I guess the best one was a teleportation system that would move you to the peer/tower after you fell from the boat/zep. Obviously you are unable to move until the boat/zep arrives with the other players aboard.

I'm very curious wether this issue was addressed. We've been giving some possible solutions to this issue, did the staff read them? I'm always willing to help testing it!! I've read that none of the staff has a mac, so if any staff member reads this: PM me to be your testing doll

Going to bump again. This is a serious issue for Mac users, since the bug is detrimental to the gaming experience if it persists in being there.

Please come up with some kind of solution. This (client?) bug is annoying as hell.

I've just done a quick test with Daemon. He captured some logs and did some tests while I was taking the boat several times. I also recorded by screen and he will now further investigate it. It's great to see them trying to find a fix for it. Not many servers have that.
